Baker arrested

As a result of an altercation at a residence off Coose Hollow Road on Sept. 10, Benton County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Lee Baker, 38, Seligman, Mo., on Sept. 14 in connection with felony first-degree battery; felony first-degree false imprisonment; two misdemeanor second-degree false imprisonment; three counts felony first-degree terroristic threatening; and two counts of felony intimidating a witness, according to the affidavit of probable cause for an arrest warrant. He was also wanted on two contempt warrants from Bentonville and a contempt warrant from Pea Ridge.

Bond was set at $200,000.
