Taylor, a broker and realtor, recently opened the Pea Ridge branch of NWA Residential Real Estate at 574 Weston St., Pea Ridge. The Bentonville office is located at 1111 N. Walton Blvd., Taylor said.

Taylor is a 1987 graduate of Pea Ridge High School and has a master's degree in business. Realtor Nathan Reeves is a 2005 graduate of PRHS and has been in real estate for a year and a half.
Taylor said both she and Reeves know the area and that knowledge gives them an advantage in helping their customers.
"I have over five years experience," Taylor said. "This year I've already sold 40 houses.
"We bring a lot of knowledge, experience -- from selling houses and dealing with land to new construction," she said. "I answer my phone!"
Taylor said she listens to the customers and tries to fit their needs to what they're looking for.
"I want to bring awareness that we have a real estate business in town. People have a choice to list and to help them buy," she said. "My specialty is new construction and regular homes. This year, I've sold a lot of l and."
Bass, assistant and office manager, praised Taylor's available to the customer.
"She really listens to them," Bass said. "Mitzi is great with the clients. She listens to what they want and does her best to find what they want. To me, she goes above and beyond."
