The Pea Ridge Farmers Market is open from 10 a.m. until 5 or 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays, according to organizer Carol Roper. Although small, we have had a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

The fruits we have at this point are blueberries, peaches, and watermelons. The vegetables are corn, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, cabbage and cucumbers. On Sundays, we also have meat and eggs and local honey, as well as flowers and plants.

Sometimes weather affects us, as it did recently. We waited for the storms to pass and had market from about 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Pea Ridge Farmers Market welcomes new vendors. They can apply on the market days.
