Two rezoning requests will be presented in a public hearing before the Pea Ridge Planning Commission at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6. The public may speak about the requests which are:

• Rezone 4.38 acres at 1211 Slack St. from agricultural (A11) to residential (R-2) by Robert and Tannya Pierce and

• Rezone 4.5 acres on South Carr Street from commercial (C-3) to residential (R-3) by Abundant Life II LLC.

Two home occupation request and a tiny house request are also on the agenda for the Planning Commission.

The home occupation requests are for 975 Washburn Dr. by David and Jonathan Reeves and for 1760 S. Curtis Ave. by Paul Kwarcinski. The tiny house request is for property on North Hayden Road by Curtis Maness.
