Thursday, Feb. 1

1:05 p.m. Police assisted Benton County Probation officer with a search of a residence on John W. Montgomery Circle. As a result of the search, police cited Todd Sullivan, 38, Pea Ridge, with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and Lauren Leigh Curby, 33, Pea Ridge, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Feb. 4

12:24 p.m. A resident of Oakley Street reported violation of a protection order via social media.

4:17 p.m. As a result of an investigation into a social media post by a resident of Noel, Mo., claiming a male had followed her and her children through a Pea Ridge business and attempted to make contact with her children, police determined there was no criminal activity.

6:39 p.m. Police were dispatched to a parking lot on Slack Street for a theft of property. A resident of Green Street told police someone too her purse from her vehicle. The purse contained important papers, she told police.

Monday, Feb 5

2:05 p.m. As a result of an investigation, police arrested Joshua Courtney, 35, Pea Ridge, who was "criminally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia," according to the police report.

8:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a Arvest Bank for suspicious circumstances and found a male who was standing near the ATM and then near the front of the bank. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Adam Howard, 29, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from Pea Ridge for failure to pay fines. He was also cited on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Suspected marijuana was confiscated and placed into evidence.

Tuesday, Feb. 6

4:09 p.m. Police were dispatched to a motor-vehicle accident at the intersection of Slack and Oakley streets with no injuries Drivers were Jassen Daugherty,24,Cane Hill, and Francisco J. Hernandez, 31, Centerton. Daugherty was given a careless/prohibited driving citation.

4:53 p.m. Police were approached by a female who said she picked up a stray dog wandering around Oak View Animal Clinic. The red and white cocker spaniel was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. At 8:05 a.m. Feb. 7, the owner, Nathan Cole Shepard, 20, Bentonville, claimed the dog. he was cited on city ordinance, dog at large.

Wednesday, Feb. 7

12:35 p.m. Police were notified by a female resident of Pea Ridge with a report of violation of an order of protection involving a male making a social media post and tagging her and her minor children in it. Police reported a warrant for the suspect has been requested.

5:31 p.m. Police took a report of a private property accident that happened at the Walmart Neighborhood Market involving vehicles driven by Martin Adams, 59, Pea Ridge, and Jennifer N. Steenblock, 39, Pea Ridge.

Thursday, Feb. 8

7:13 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on South Davis Street for a report of vandalism to two mailboxes.

10:53 a.m. Police were dispatched to Walmart Neighborhood Market for a report of shoplifting. As a result of the investigation, police cited Ben Anthony Daniel, 30, Pea Ridge, with shoplifting and gave him a trespass warning. Dylan Micah Roller, 20, Washburn, Mo., was also given a warning against trespass.

2:36 p.m. As a result of an investigation begun when police saw three dogs loose near apartments on Wade Lane attack dogs on leashes, police cited Aaron Michael Figueroa, 33, Pea Ridge, with three counts of dog at large and no proof of city tags.
