• Roy W. Johnson, 24, Rogers, Pea Ridge warrant

• Scotty Ray Leichliter, 23, Fayetteville, failure to appear

• Evan D. Caston, 27, Pea Ridge, failure to appear from Pea Ridge; and warrants from Bethel Heights, Little Flock, Springdale and Rogers

• Laura K. Landsburg, 40, Springdale, contempt fail to pay fines and costs

Tuesday, Jan. 23

6:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on John Montgomery Circle for a theft report. Items missing includes a 59cc motorcycle and buckets of tools. As a result of the investigation, police found other residents in the neighborhood who said they, too, had been victims of thefts. On Jan. 27, when police attempted to stop a suspect, Gary Shannon Cook, 24, Pea Ridge, to talk, Cook fled. After a pursuit, he was caught and arrested for fleeing. He was also cited for no proof of ownership, fictitious tags, no proof of insurance and on a failure to appear warrant out of Pea Ridge.

Friday, Jan. 26

3:24 p.m. Police observed a juvenile female smoking a cigarette while on Pea Ridge High School property. She was arrested for minor in possession of tobacco and smoking on school campus. The 14-year-old girl was released to her mother.

4:17 p.m. A resident of Lynn Drive reported a domestic disturbance involving an "out of control" 17-year-old female who was purportedly "coming down off of methamphetamine." Police cited the youth for third-degree domestic battery and a Laura's Law card was given to her live-in boyfriend. The Child Abuse Hotline was also informed about possible injury to a 2-year-old child.

Monday, Jan. 29

10:49 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Billy E. C0le, 62, Elkins, for Pea Ridge warrants for failure to appear; Benton County warrant for failure to appear; and a felony warrant from Madison County.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

9:50 a.m. A resident of Pea Ridge reported his vehicle had been hit or scratched while parked in the Neighborhood Market parking lot on Jan. 26.

3:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic for an animal call involving a city employee who said a dog was located in the area of Easterling Road.

8:06 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Corby Ray Shumate, 24, Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and no proof of insurance.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

10:33 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Timothy Blake Adams, 23, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver's license

1:42 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Christopher Davis McNabb, 33, Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance and a drug paraphernalia. Marijuana and a pipe were confiscated and logged into evidence.

2:15 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Neighborhood Market on Slack Street for a motor-vehicle accident with no injury. A resident of Pea Ridge reported her vehicle was damaged while parked at the store. As a result of the investigation, police cited Darrin Mathew Schmidt, 27, Rogers, for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Thursday, Feb. 1

10:29 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Chelsie E. Munoz, 30, Rogers, absconding (felony), general assist/warrant for other agency; and Joey Andrew Arnett, 35, Rogers, for driving on suspended license (not DWI); and no proof of insurance

Saturday, Feb. 3

9:34 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Victor Camacho, 19, Rogers, for speeding, driver's license suspended and no proof of insurance; he was released to a Rogers Police officer as he was also wanted on a Rogers warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, Feb. 4

8:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to the parking lot on the southeast corner of Lee Town and South Curtis Avenue for a private property accident involving vehicles operated by Daniel Robert Goldschmmidt, 30, Pea Ridge, and Bertha Nell Brown, 71, Pea Ridge. Brown said she backed out and hit Goldschmidt's Toyota Prius, which was parked. There were no injuries reported.
