The University of Central Arkansas in Conway has announced the presidential scholars and dean's list for the fall 2017 semester.

Presidential scholar and dean's list honors are based on grades earned during each semester of the regular academic year.

Students must achieve a 4.0 GPA with a minimum course load of 12 credit hours to qualify for recognition as a presidential scholar. Recognition on the dean's list requires at least a 3.5 GPA with a minimum course load of 12 credit hours.

University of Arkansas at Fort Smith

The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith has released the dean's list for the fall 2017 semester, according to Dr. Georgia Hale, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs.

Students with a 4.0 (straight-A) grade point average are marked with an asterisk.

Pea Ridge: *Seth Brumley, Zachary Davis, Avery Dayberry, *Kaitlin Masterson, *Rilee Patrick, Casey Tidwell, *Allison Whatley and *Sara Whatley.

Arkansas Tech University

Arkansas Tech University has announced its dean's list for undergraduate students on its Russellville campus for the fall 2017 semester.

A student must achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher and complete at least 12 hours of college-level coursework to be named to the dean's list.

A total of 1,991 Arkansas Tech students achieved that distinction during fall 2017, a 5.2 percent increase over fall 2016. Included in the fall 2017 dean's list are 754 students that achieved a 4.0 grade point average.
