Thursday, April 5

1:23 p.m. Police were dispatched to a commercial parking lot for a physical disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police issued a citation for disorderly conduct to Roland T. Samec, 21, Rogers.

Friday, April 6

3:50 p.m. Police received a report of a reckless driver on Arkansas Highway 72 that had passed a stopped school bus that had stop signs displayed and was releasing children. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Rachael Alison Sardin, 36, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of meth or cocaine; possession of Sch. VI; driving on suspended license (not DWI); and felony tampering with physical evidence - obstruct prosecution/defense.

Sunday, April 8

12:15 a.m. Police were dispatched to the EZ Mart for a 911 hangup call. Police also received a phone call about two suspicious "vehicles that had been loitering in the parking lot." As a result of the investigation, police arrested Dmarquis Jamard Wilson, 32, Fayetteville, was served a Little Flock warrant by Little Flock Police; and Michael Loren Nightengale, 30, Bentonville, in connection with loitering, possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of urine with intent to defraud a drug test and parole violation. Nightengale was booked into the Benton County Jail.

Tuesday, April 10

9:38 p.m. A resident of Nemett Circle reported finding a dog. The complainant took the dog to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. Joshua David Jones, 31, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog on April 18. He was cited in connection with dog at large.

Wednesday, April 11

12 p.m. A resident of Arkansas Highway 94 north reported terroristic threatening from a former tenant while he was at the City Park. He said he did not wish to press charges, just make a report.

3 p.m. A resident of Hallack Lane reported two stray dogs chasing her cat. The complainant caught the dogs and agreed to transport them to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On April 12, Sabrina Hancock, 37, Pea Ridge, claimed one of the dogs and was cited in connection with dog at large. Later that day, James Lighthart, 37, Pea Ridge, claimed the other dog and was given a citation in connection with dog at large.

Thursday, April 12

6:10 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police issued a citation in connection with no drivers license and imprudent driving to Aurelio Castaneda-Garcia, 43, Springdale.
