Fire doused

NEBCO firefighter Zach Oldebeken sprayed fire into the attic of a residence at 1512 Jones Lane Wednesday afternoon. Firefighters from Pea Ridge, NEBCO, Avoca, Little Flock and Bella Vista responded to the scene. There was no one home at the time; a dog died as a result of the fire. The rental house is owned by Gary and Donna France.
