Thursday, Sept. 14

1:30 p.m. A resident of Shepherd Street reported a suspicious person on his property and items missing. Items missing included a safe and other items. While interviewing a suspect, police found a Yeti cooler, two drills, a grinder and charger, a loaded Kel Tec .380 pistol, prescription pills and a suspected glass meth pipe. Items stolen but still not recovered include a .40 cal. Glock, a .380 Kimber and cash. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Thurman Scott Mallard, 38, Farmington, for residential burglary, theft, possession of Sch. IV or V and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monday, Sept. 18

9 a.m. A residence of Hickman Drive reported theft of property including a Wii console, games, a DVD player and DVDs, speakers, an air conditioning unit, a changing table, copper and a fireplace.

2:51 p.m. While on patrol, police observed a man walking east on Slack Street that possibly matched the description of a fugitive ... as a result of the investigation, police arrested Hunter Drake Jones, 27, Springdale, for two felonies -- possession of meth or cocaine purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:03 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive in reference to a male barking like a dog towards homeowners at another residence on Lynn Drive. As a result of the investigation, police cited Stacy Lynn Gajeski, 42, Pea Ridge, for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a warning for criminal trespass to Dakota B. Duffy, 21, Pea Ridge.

11:20 p.m. As a result of an investigation, police arrested Lauren Leigh Curby, 32, Pea Ridge, for three felonies -- possession of meth or cocaine, possession of Sch. I or II and possession of drug paraphernalia; and three misdemeanor -- DWI - operation of vehicle during DWI license suspension or revocation, no proof of insurance and improper use of vehicle license/evidence of registration.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Todd Nicholas Recio, 36, Seligman, Mo., for two felonies -- possession of Sch. I or II and possession of drug paraphernalia and four misdemeanors -- driving on a suspended license, traffic offense arrest, no proof of insurance and improper use of vehicle license/evidence of registration.

9:30 a.m. Police received a report from a 17-year-old female that she and other teen girls had been harassed by a 19-year-old female and the mother of a teen involving bullying and threats of suicide.

Wednesday Sept. 20

1:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on John Montgomery Circle for an incident involving a locked vehicle with a 3-year-old child inside. The vehicle was unlocked and the child was removed safely.

6:05 p.m. Police were dispatched to Sonic for an incident between a customer and an employee who reported that a female had been video recording employees.

Thursday, Sept. 21

7:34 a.m. Police received a delayed accident report involving a parked car hit while in the high school parking lot. Jaquanna Kay Shwarz, 32, Pea Ridge, was the owner of the vehicle.

Friday, Sept. 22

12 p.m. A resident of Autumn Place reported theft of cash from her purse.

1:30 p.m. Police received a report of a private property motor vehicle accident from Harvey Richard Winn, 45, Pea Ridge, who reported a pickup truck driven Traci An Wyman, 39, Rogers, by backed into his 1980 Chevrolet Corvette while he was waiting in line for the Homecoming Parade on school property.

4:37 p.m. While attempting to serve a subpoena on a resident on Zachary Street, police cited Donnell Dontia Ballance, 25, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia and seized a glass pipe and ashtray with burnt rolling papers.

10:17 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Ashten Hope Surgener, 27, Rogers, for false evidence of title or registration and no proof of insurance.

Saturday, Sept. 23

2:18 a.m. While on patrol, police observed a person looking through a vehicle and two juveniles walking nearby. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Toby Dale Swift, 18, Pea Ridge, and a 14-year-old and 17-year-old male for felony breaking or entering. The two juveniles were also charged with curfew violation and the 17-year-old was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Sept. 24

7:40 p.m. As a result of checking on the welfare of a distressed male at White Oak, police arrested Blake Ryan Dover, 24, Bentonville, for felony possession of meth or cocaine.
