Thursday, Sept. 7

1:32 p.m. Police were dispatched to Autumn Place, Wade Lane, for report of a threat involving a resident who was reportedly threatened by the previous administrator when she complained. It was determined that no criminal activity had taken place.

Sunday, Sept. 10

9:02 a.m. A resident of North Davis Street reported tires on two vehicles parked at his residence had been slashed.

11:27 a.m. A resident of Ford Street reported a dog running loose on Hayden Road. The resident transported the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On Sept. 11, Yolanda Wright, 46, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog. She was cited for dog at large.

3:53 p.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Sigel Drive reported a stereo was stolen out of his vehicle which was parked at his residence. Change and knives were also missing. The vehicle was unlocked and windows were down.

Monday, Sept. 11

9:22 a.m. A resident of Carr Street reported prescription pills missing.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

2:26 p.m. Police observed Jeffery White, 18, Pea Ridge, who does not have a driver's license, get into a vehicle and drive away from court, and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. A vehicle pursuit ensued with White's vehicle traveling as much as 75 mph in a 25 mph zone on Van Dorn Street, according to police. Several area residents reported excessive speeds by the suspect vehicle. Police applied for a warrant for White.

2:45 p.m. Matthew Joseph Bell, 42, Centerton, was taken to the Benton County Jail for a one-day court commit on orders of Judge Ray Bunch.

2:50 p.m. Police received a report of theft of rented or leased property from an employee of Castle Rental involving a man getting a white Apple IPhone 5s and paying the initial fee but no more.

11:16 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Joshua R. Boring, 43, Parsons, Kan., for possession of a controlled substance, Sch. I or II (felony); possession of meth with purpose to deliver (felony); possession of drug paraphernalia (felony); possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor); and possession of a controlled stance Sch. VI. He was also cited for driving on a suspended driver's license no proof of insurance and expired vehicle license.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

12:26 p.m. Police arrested Brianna Dawn, 24, Bentonville, for non-financial identity fraud.

9:03 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Curtis Lee Wyatt, 25, Pea Ridge, for carrying a weapon, driving on a suspended driver's license, no proof of insurance and no proof of ownership. A wooden club was submitted to evidence for holding.

Thursday, Sept. 14

As a result of an investigation at Pea Ridge High School, police cited a 15-year-old male for third-degree battery and a 15-year-old male for disorderly conduct. Both were cited into Juvenile Detention Center.

8:30 a.m. Police arrested Jerrod D. Wynne, 29, Sulphur Springs, on a warrant from Sulphur Springs and was cited for driving on a suspended driver's license and no proof of insurance. He was transported to the Benton County Jail and his vehicle was towed by Erwin's Towing, according to the police report.

12:19 p.m. Police went to a residence on It'll Do Road to serve a felony warrant. The suspect, Jeffery White, 18, Pea Ridge, reportedly struggled with the arresting officer and actively resisted arrest. Police reported that two women came out of the house yelling at them and reporting that they were recording the incident. One woman ran towards police "aggressively." When police attempted to arrest her, she resisted. In addition to the felony warrant for fleeing, Jeffery White was charged with resisting arrest. Hailey White, 19, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest.

1 p.m. School officials reported a theft of property involving students attempting to pawn a school-issued Chrome book computer. The Chromebook was returned to the school. No criminal charges were filed.

4:45 p.m. A resident of Turner Way reported breaking and entering involving two vehicles rummaged through; both had been parked at the residence and both were unlocked. Items missing include a charger, a knife and a prescription pill bottle containing pills.

Friday, Sept. 15

8:17 a.m. Police were dispatched to the police station for a report of a missing/runaway juvenile at the Police Department to turn himself in. A 16-year-old male turned himself in.

11:32 a.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident on Slack Street (Ark. Hwy. 72) involving vehicles driven by Bonnie Austin, 60, Pea Ridge, and a 17-year-old male. A 16-year-old male passenger was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

7:20 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Walmart Neighborhood Market for a report of someone urinating in the parking lot at the gas pumps. As a result of the investigation, police cited Dustin Dewayne Piper, 31, Pea Ridge, for disorderly conduct and issued a no trespass warning for Walmart.

Saturday, Sept. 16

7:14 p.m. Police took a report of a motor-vehicle accident on Ryan Road just north of Sheppard Street involving a vehicle driven by Patrick James T. Doyle, 21, Pea Ridge, who hit a tree. Doyle was cited for imprudent driving.
