New Meadowbrook EH Club

The members of New Meadowbrook Extension Homemaker's Club met on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at the Home of Roxie Geddie. Devotions were given by Roxie, and she also gave the treasurer's report. It was also voted on by the members that we would be donating each month to Spay Arkansas in Springdale. The club project this year is for members to meet with the residents of Autumn Place to do crafts. The first meeting will be on Oct. 17.

President Karen Launderville announced that the Benton County Extension Fall Council will be on Nov. 17, meeting at the Grace Episcopal Church in Siloam Springs, Ark. She also gave information on the Peace at Home Family Shelter in Fayetteville, which is a very good cause and it was voted for members to assist with what they can for the shelter.

The meeting closed with all reciting the Extension Homemaker's Creed. Refreshments were served and members then worked on the club project of Spay Arkansas.
