Subdivision to be considered

A large scale development and a preliminary plat are two of the items on the agenda for the Tuesday, Dec. 5, Pea Ridge Planning Commission meeting.

A Large Scale Development for Weston Street by RLP Development will be considered under old business. It was first presented last month, but did not have all the items on the check list competed.

A preliminary plat for Cardif Manor Subdivision by RLP will also be presented along with a street radius waver request.

Also on the agenda are a Home Occupation Request for 1425 Lee Street by John Gibson and a variance request for a nine-foot rear setback for 201 Cherry St., by Crestwood Homes.

The Planning Commission meeting begins at 7 p.m. in City Hall and is open to the public.
