Rezoning considered

Three requests to rezone land and two home occupation requests will be considered by members of the Pea Ridge Planning Commission at its regular meeting beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 6. A public hearing for all three rezone requests will begin the meeting.

The rezoning requests are:

• Rezone R-1 to A-1 East ½ Weston Road Addition, Jared Woodard;

• Rezone A-1 to R-2SF 14.57 Acres Elkhorn Ridge Phase III, M.P. Development; and

• Rezone A-1 to R-3 13.39 Acres Sugar Creek Road, Sarah Guertz.

There is no old business listed and new business includes:

• Home Occupation Request 101 Blair Circle, Elmer Rusher;

• Home Occupation Request 2068 Park Circle, David Kruse;

• Rezone R-1 to A-1 East ½ Weston Rd. Addition, Jared Woodard;

• Rezone A-1 to R-2SF 14.57 Acres Elkhorn Ridge Phase III, M.P. Development;

• Rezone A-1 to R-3 13.39 Acres Sugar Creek Rd., Sarah Guertz; and

• Preliminary Plat Elkhorn Ridge Phase III, M.P. Development.

Planning Commission meetings are open to the public and are held in the court room of Pea Ridge City Hall, 977 Weston St.
