They also have one goat, three sheep, four rabbits and many chickens, including baby chickens they have hatched themselves.

They hope to add a peacock to their flock.

This summer, the couple loves selling their veggies and blackberries at the Pea Ridge Farmers Market.

When their apples and peaches are ripe, they will add those to their line-up as well.

Sales are going well at the market, said market coordinator Carol Roper. The weather has been cooperating more lately, and Roper continues to seek vendors who will offer a variety of fresh vegetables and more.

Along with veggies and flowers, the market continues to sell J.D. Hudson's meats and eggs, Heritage Garden's cabbage, peas, broccoli, grape tomatoes, knotted blankets, homemade detergent and bandannas; Jennifer Ivy's local honey; Jenna Scates' baked goods; and more.

The Pea Ridge Farmers Market is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays at 197 Slack St.
