The Leaders of the Month for Habit 6 were announced at the Blackhawk assembly March 3. Habit 6 is Synergize or valuing other people's strengths and learning from them. Synergize is to get along with others, even people who are different than us. To be able to work well with others and seek out others' ideas is key.
