Shantel Morgan of Pea Ridge, earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, during the University of Central Arkansas Fall Commencement Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016, in the Jeff Farris Health and Physical Education Center on the campus. The university administration conferred 525 undergraduate and 260 graduate degrees.
