12:45 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Crystal D. Montoya, 33, Pea Ridge, possession of Sch. VI and possession of drug paraphernalia; she was released on a citation.

Friday, Feb. 10

9:53 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive for a domestic disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Haley Lynn Arnold, 24, Pineville, Mo., with third-degree domestic battery and third-degree assault; and a 16-year-old female, both for third-degree domestic battery.

Saturday, Feb. 11

6:15 p.m. As a result of an investigation, police cited Joseph Fenton, 25, 25, Pea Ridge, and Sarah Renee Szabo, 23, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Feb. 12

1:26 p.m. Police were dispatched to McDonalds for a report of a male who "stroked a juvenile's hair." The victim was 9 years of age. As a result of the investigation, Gene Copp, 81, Pea Ridge, a convicted sex offender, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct.

10:28 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Daleta Jo Dollar, 50, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, Feb. 13

1 p.m. A resident of Emery Boulevard reported fraud involving receiving a check received by mail with a letter asking the recipient to cash the check, shop for items, then send an evaluation of the shopping experience. Police said it was a scam.

7:40 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickery Street for a report of a stray dog. The beagle puppy was placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

10:23 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Eagle Crest for a report of someone in a vehicle pointing a gun at 17-year-old male. The suspect was not found.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

12:50 p.m. Police provided mutual aid to the scene of a three-vehicle accident on Ark. Hwy. 72 at Plentywood Road outside the city limits.

2 p.m. As a result of disprectful behavior during court procedings, Angela Diane Requa, 41, Pea Ridge, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

5 p.m. While at court, police arrested Bo Penick Mitcham, 27, Fayetteville, on a felony probable cause for theft by receiving from Fayetteville.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

2:21 p.m. A 12-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident at the school.

Thursday, Feb. 16

11:04 a.m. Police received a report of trash dumped at City Park.

3:56 p.m. Police received a report of a private property accident involving a parked vehicle being rear-ended.

Friday, Feb. 17

12:30 p.m. Police received a report from school officials about shoes stolen from a high school student and found on a 13-year-old male. He said another 13-year-old male gave him the shoes after "finding" them at the multi-purpose facility. As a result of the investigation, police cited a 13-year-old male for theft of property. The youth who had possession of the shoes received school discipline.

2:15 p.m. Police received a report of a dog dropped off at the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The dog was reportedly picked up off Easterling Road.

8:46 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Douglas A. Foltz, 34, Pea Ridge, on a Rogers warrant for contempt failure to pay fines and costs and for driving on a suspended driver's license and no proof of insurance.

Saturday, Feb. 18

4:05 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested William D. Meadors, 28, Huntsville, for driving on a suspended driver's license and on a warrant from Huntsville for failure to appear.

6:49 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch for a physical disturbance involving two men fightin in the yard. The victim said he did not wish to press charges.

11:44 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lee Town Drive for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jennifer Lin Ross, 44, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battery, and Leon Earl Campbell, 20, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battery.

Sunday, Feb. 19

10:20 a.m. Police received a call of breaking or entering at a residence on Lee Town Drive. The resident reported items were missing from her vehicle and house. The incident is still under investigation.

3:45 p.m. Police received a report of a vehicle that ran into the west side of the Dollar General building. The driver of the vehicle, a 17-year-old female, said she accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake.

Monday, Feb. 20

2:03 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Justin L. Kelly, 36, Lowell, for driving on a suspended driver's license and cited for speeding.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

9:33 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Baker Street for a harassment coplaint. The resident and a 17-year-old female complained of harassment involving an 18-year-old driving by the house slowly and yelling obscenities. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jaelin Lambert, 18, Pea Ridge, for harassment and possession of a controlled substance.

10:59 a.m. Police received a report of a 13- and a 14-year-old female fighting at school and at two local restaurants. The incident is under investigation.

1:30 p.m. Police received a report of a stray dog at a business on North Smith Street. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The dog was claimed by its owner.

5:45 p.m. A resident of Luke Street reported children found a marijuana pipe in the dirt in the back yard.

Wednesday, Feb. 22

7:38 a.m. Police received information that a high school student had alcohol in a water bottle and had offered alcohol to a 12-year-old female, a 13-year-old male and a 14-year-old male. As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old male was arrested for minor in possession.

8:15 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Michael Anthony Price, 35, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled subtance.

3:30 p.m. Police conducted a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Halleck Lane investigating the sale and use of illegal narcotics and prescription pills. Police arrested Joshua Connors, 29, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance Sch. VI, possession of a controlled subtance Sch. IV and possession of a controlled substance Sch. II (felony); and Kevina Hamilton for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Samantha Elaine Hammond, 24, Pea Ridge, was cited for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:17 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Rachel A. Hockensmith, 49, Garfield, on a Pea Ridge warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia, felony.

10:44 p.m. Police were advised of a physical disturbance in progress on Luke Street. As a result of the investigation, police charged Christopher Michael Henry, 43, Pea Ridge, with third degree domestic battery.

Thursday, Feb. 23

2:20 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Rodney Owen Leland, 22, Rogers, on a Rogers warrant for contempt of court.

6:19 p.m. Police cited Deborah Luckey, 37, Pea Ridge, for unlawful burning for burning wooden pallets in her back yard without a burn permit and during a burn ban.

3:30 p.m. A resident of Hazelton Road reported finding a small black zippered pouch containing hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia.

Friday, Feb. 24

4:54 p.m. Police were dispatched to McDonalds for a disturbance involving juveniles. As a result of the investigation, Donna Jean Laurent, 45, Garfield, was cited for disorderly conduct; a 16-year-old female was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault; and two 14-year-old males, a 15-year-old female and a 14-year-old female were all cited for disorderly conduct.

6:24 p.m. A resident of Pea Ridge reported the hood of her vehicle had been damaged while parked in the Walmart parking lot.

Saturday, Feb. 25

8:30 a.m. A resident of Halleck Lane reported receiving unwanted texts from a female neighbor.

4:09 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Joshau David Jones, 30, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver's license; and Mitchell D. Cox, 33, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance Sch. IV and public intoxication.

Sunday, Feb. 26

12:08 p.m. A resident turned in a tan puppy that had been found near the intersection of Green Street and Curtis Avenue. At 2:05 p.m. the owner, Shay-Lee Grantham, 18, claimed the dog. Grantham was cited for animal at large.

5:49 p.m. Police were dispatched to a criminal trespassing in progress on property on Peck Road. The incident is under investigation.

10:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McNair Place for an attempted suicide for a report of a 21-year-old male who had put a gun to his throat. The male was transported by ambulance to a hospital.
