Hawaiian Chicken

Chicken breast
Sauce:
1 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ tsp. salt
¼ c. vinegar
¼ tsp. soy sauce
1 c. pineapple juice
Boil chicken breast; cut into chunks or strips. Dip in a batter. Fry in oil until brown.
Sauce: Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Pour hot sauce over chicken and serve or put into oven and bake on low heat 15 to 20 minutes.
