Monday, June 26

1:30 p.m. A resident of Mariano Road reported unauthorized charges on her debit card which was reported missing. The investigation revealed that more than $600 was taken from the bank account and that the suspect was a juvenile. The complainant decided not to file charges.

Tuesday, June 27

2:17 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Eagle Crest for an aggressive dog at large. The dog was returned to its residence and the owner, Travis Tripodi, 27, Pea Ridge, was cited for dog at large.

3:27 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on South Curtis Avenue for a burglary in progress. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Ronald David Mesch, 36, Centerton, on a Rogers warrant for contempt.

5:56 p.m. A residence of South Curtis Avenue reported a male at his residence without his permission. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Lacey Joann Frazier, 30, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended driver's license, and Lindsay Ann Sherry, 39, Fayetteville, on a warrant from Lowell for contempt.

Wednesday, June 28

10:46 a.m. A residence of Blair Circle reported theft involving a debit card stolen and cash removed from a bank account. The investigation revealed that the issue was a civil matter and not criminal as the suspect was someone with whom the complainant had lived for 20 years.

2:23 p.m. Police took a delayed motor-vehicle accident report involving a vehicle owned by Arious Dalton, 82, Pea Ridge, who said he noticed damage to the right rear fender flare of his Toyota Tundra and he did not know when or where it happened.
