FAYETTEVILLE -- Both the Lady Blackhawks and Blackhawks defeated the Mastiffs of Haas Hall in competition Saturday afternoon in Fayetteville.
The game was originally scheduled for Friday evening, but was postponed due to wintry weather conditions which caused school cancellations in Fayetteville. The game was played in the gym of Fayetteville Christian Academy.
Lady Blackhawks 50, Lady Mastiffs 39
High scorer for the Lady Blackhawks was Jennifer Anthony with 18 points. Other scorers were Hollyn Davis, 10; Avery Dayberry, 8; Alli Whatley, 6; Kiley West and Catherine Hooten, 3 each; and Bailey Johnson, 2.
