4:30 p.m. A resident of Greene Street reported his vehicle was damaged while parked at a business on Slack Street.

10 a.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Sigel Drive reported laser Christmas lights stolen. Tow other residents in the area also reported lights missing.

Saturday, Dec. 17

3:23 p.m. A resident of North Davis Street reported a disturbance; as a result of the investigation, police arrested Cobey Shane Henry, 38, Rogers, for disorderly conduct.

5:44 p.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident that happened on Carr Street at the intersection with Slack Street between vehicles driven by Travis Cox, 35, Pea Ridge, and Heath Wayne Clark, 35, Seligman, Mo. Clark was arrested on a felony probation revoke warrant.

Sunday, Dec. 18

1:54 p.m. Police received a three-vehicle accident at Ark. Hwy. 94 and Sugar Creek Road involving vehicles driven by Joshua R. Meister, 37, Rogers, Brian R. Cogdill, 28, Pea Ridge, and William Scott Shive, 34, Centerton.

4:50 p.m. Police were dispatched to EZ Mart for a possible verbal disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Timmy John Barnes, 34, Rogers, for obstructing governmental operations and on warrants from Marion County and Washington County; and Whitney Wooten, 23, Garfield, for obstruction of governmental operations, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and driving while license suspended and on warrants out of Centerton and Bentonville.

Monday, Dec. 19

12 p.m. A resident of Nelson Court reported a theft involving a cell phone and cash missing.

8 a.m. Police received a wallet found on the side of Slack Street. The wallet contained cash and an ID. It was determined the owner of the wallet had been arrested.

10:11 a.m. A resident of Lee Town Road reported theft of checks.

2:06 p.m. A resident of Bentonville reported theft of appliances that had been delivered to a house under construction on Harper Cove.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

12:55 p.m. Police took a report of a vehicle accident in a parking lot on South Curtis Avenue involving a city vehicle driven by Klay K. Garner, 20, Pea Ridge, and a private vehicle driven by Martha Irene Albarran, 28, Pea Ridge.

Wednesday, Dec. 21

1:05 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Christina Shea Wallace, 28, Eureka Springs, for obstructing government operations and on a warrant from Carroll county.

4 p.m. Police were asked to assist the Benton County Sheriff's Office and as a result, made a traffic stop arresting Sheila D. McGuire, 31, Pea Ridge, and a passenger, Rickie Davidson on a warrent from Washington County. Another passenger, Lindsey Morgan, was detained, on advice of BCSO. All three were released to BCSO deputies.

4:11 p.m. Police received a report of a reckless driver and initiated a traffic stop upon finding the suspect vehicle. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Adam James Herrington, 34, Farmington, for DWI.

Thursday, Dec. 22

8:15 a.m. Police took a report of a one-vehicle accident on Sugar Creek Road involving a vehicle driven by Ryan M. Dodgen, 21, Bella Vista. Dodgen's truck hit a tree and three fence posts.

Friday, Dec. 23

8:21 p.m. Police received a report of a physical fight in progress at EZ Mart. A 28-year-old male was injured; he reported he and his father were attached by two males and a female who had left the scene. The injured man was taken to the hospital by Pea Ridge ambulance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Zackery Tayler Devereaux, 22, Rogers, for public intoxication, obstruction of governmental operations and second degree battery; and Allisa K. Dutton, 18, Pea Ridge, for disorderly conduct. A BOLO has been submitted to area agencies for arrest of the third suspect, Jericho B. Lambert, 21, Pea Ridge, who is also an active absconder.

Saturday, Dec. 24

2:38 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Kendall Young, 21, Bella Vista, for DWI and careless and prohibited driving.

3:14 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited a 16-year-old female for violation of curfew and speeding 64 mph in a 45-mph speed zone.

Sunday, Dec. 25

3:20 p.m. A resident of Greene Street reported receiving threats via cell phone.

Monday, Dec. 26

4:15 p.m. A resident of St. Clair Street reported both of her children, ages 11 and 16, were bitten by a large dog while they were skateboarding. The dog was still in the area and acting aggressive to emergency personnel on the scene. One emergency responder was attacked and fell to the ground, injuring his wrist. The dog lunged at a police officer, who "deployed a short burst of oleoresin capsicum spray to the dog's face." The owner of the dog, Carl Shanon Morgan, 46, Pea Ridge, was cited for violation of the city ordinance for dog at large. Morgan provided paper work as proof of the dog's vaccinations.

11:32 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Dakota Hibbard, 20, Fayetteville, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, Dec. 27

3:21 p.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Sigel Drive epored two laser Christmas lights stolen from his front yard.

Wednesday, Dec. 28

2:03 p.m. A resident of Watie Street reported theft of pots and pans delivered by UPS to her residence.

6:39 p.m. Police were dispatched to Dollar General for a report of a female who called 911 stating she was hiding in the bathroom and there was a male subject in there with a gun and he had threatened her. As a result of the investigation, police found Frankie Deckard, 36, Rogers, in a vehicle. He did have a pistol in the vehicle, both the magazine and chamber were empty. The 18-year-old woman from Pea Ridge claimed Deckard had kidnapped and raped her. It was determined the alleged assault and kidnapping had happened in the city limits of Rogers. Rogers police were contacted. Deckard was arrested for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Thursday, Dec. 29

1:45 a.m. Police were asked by BCSO to locate a suspect of a domestic disturbance. The suspect was believed to be at a residence in Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jackey Cory Ray Conner, 35, Pea Ridge, for third-degree battery and on a failure to appear warrant from Harrison.

9:31 a.m. Police received a report of mail theft from a business owner on West Pickens Road.

1:44 p.m. Police, along with firefighters, responded to a report of a fire and explosion at a residence on John W. Montgomery. Neighbors in the area extinguished the fire. It was determined the fire was caused by smoldering cigarette butts that ignited a pain can fueled by windy weather.

Friday, Dec. 30

12:32 a.m. Police were advised of a reckless driver. As a result of a traffic stop with the driver of the suspect vehicle, police arrested Janelle Yvonne Runyan, 32, Pea Ridge, for DWI and careless and prohibited.

4:19 Police were dispatched to a business on South Curtis Avenue for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Martin Castaneda-Garcia, 23, Rosario Rodrigo Hernandez-Sarat, 30, Edwin L. S. Hernandez, 31, Marco A.S. Hernandez, 28, all of Springdale, for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Dec. 31

10:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on Slack Street for an animal at large; a woman detained the dog until police arrived. It was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

Sunday, Jan. 1

12:16 a.m. Police were notified of a criminal mischief at a residence on Richards Street involving a vehicle egged.
