Miller likes field trips

My name is Austin Miller. I am a freshman, and have been in FFA for two years.

I like FFA because of all the fun field trips we go on. My favorites are probably the Bass Pro field trips, since Mr. Mason just lets us loose, and do whatever we want. I also liked it when we went to the lock in at John Brown University, where we played basketball and racquetball all night. The worst time probably was when we drove all the way down to Fort Smith to go to the Arkansas Oklahoma State Fair, and it turned out that the fair was supposed to be next week. So we had to drive all the way back to Pea Ridge, empty handed. The worst part about it was, we were told to eat at the gas station, when we stopped at Freddy's on the way home. Other than that though FFA has been a pretty positive experience.

Another thing I like is doing shopwork. We just do whatever Mr. Mason tells us and it's never very hard. It's nice because we don't have to be stuck in a classroom all day. Another thing that's nice is we have a good teacher, who doesn't give us too much work.
