Friday, Jan. 20
3:26 p.m. A resident of Garfield reported his son's cell phone missing or stolen from the Middle School; the phone was later found by another student's parents who returned the phone to its owner.
Monday, Jan. 23
10 a.m. The School Resource Officer was notified of a student who was possibly "high" on drugs. The student was assessed by the school nurse and taken to the hospital by ambulance, at the request of his mother.
2 p.m. Police were notified that someone dropped a puppy off at Big Sugar Golf Course and it was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. The puppy did not have a microchip. The puppy's owner, Justin Wade Trammel, 32, Rogers, claimed it later in the day and was cited for dog at large.
2:38 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Tamarra Hardcastle, 48, Bella Vista, for DWI and cited for speeding.
Thursday, Jan. 26
3:34 p.m. Police received a report of a theft from a residence on Greer Street of an ornamental lion statue.
Friday, Jan. 27
8:02 am. A resident of North Davis Street reported cash stolen from her daughter's backpack at the high school.
4:49 p.m. As a result of a investigation outside of a residence on McCulloch Street, police arrested Eiko Helding, 68, Bella Vista, for DWI.
Saturday, Jan. 28
2:41 p.m. The owner of a house under construction reported criminal trespass at the house on Taylor Lane over the weekend.
4:15 p.m. Police were dispatched to a verbal disturbance at a residence on Lee Town Drive.
8:19 p.m. Police were dispatched to an agency assist in reference to a hit and run accident that happened near the intersection of Hudson Road (Ark. Hwy. 102) and Ark. Hwy. 94 south of Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Patricia Ann Mize, 34, Pea Ridge, for DWI.
Sunday, Jan. 29
12:35 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Michael Wayne Beikman, 32, Bentonville, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and cited for careless/prohibited driving.
