Simple Beef Stew

2 lbs. stew meat

5 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 small bag baby carrots

1 medium onion, sliced

3 beef bouillon cubes

1 tsp. of garlic salt

Salt to taste

Put all of the ingredients in a large pot. Put enough water in the pot to cover everything. Cook (covered) on medium-high heat until the vegetables are tender.

Recipe Note: I like this recipe for beef stew because I can come home from work, throw everything in a pot, and have dinner done in about 30 minutes. Serve it with dinner rolls.
