Pea Ridge school officials recently received a check from the Bella Vista Rotary Club. School officials, Casey Connior, ALE master teacher; Holly Dayberry, High School and ALE counselor; and Barrett Robinson, High School assistant principal and ALE director; received a check for $1,200 from Holly Hollman, Rotary Club chair of programs. The money is to be used for the purchase of equipment for a "maker space" (3-d printer, sewing machine, materials). "We are also working with them to come up with another $3,000 for trips to business, colleges and team building activities," Robinson said. "This is looking to be a long term partnership."
