"I grew up in a family of educators," Rhine said, adding "I thought when I was in high school I was NOT going to be a teacher! I would be something exciting and adventurous!

"After graduating with a degree in tourism management and living in Vail, Colo., I quickly learned that was not the career choice for me. I realized I was called to be in education, after all. And every day in the classroom has proven to be more exciting and adventurous than I could have imagined!"

She said the laughter is her favorite part of her job explaining that "4-year-olds say the funniest things!"

She and her husband, John, have six children. The eldest, Ethan, is married and works for Tyson. Morganne will be a first-grade teacher at Pea Ridge Primary, Reaganne will be a third-grade teacher at Willowbrook Elementary in Bentonville, Landon works for Blackline Electric, Carson is a junior at Pea Ridge High School and Addisyn is a freshman at Pea Ridge High School.
