Band holds fundraiser
The annual "Chicken in the Ditch" fundraiser for the Pea Ridge Band programs will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 29, in the High School parking lot. Sales will continue until all the chicken is sold. Customers may pre-order chicken halves or just drop by. The cost is $4 for a half, and $7 for two halves. Additional donations are welcome.
The Band Boosters will also host a car wash from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the same location. Donations for a car wash are accepted, or contact a band student to make a pledge. The community is encouraged to come out in full support of Pea Ridge band students.
