Glad Community Historical Socity
GARFIELD -- The 2017 2nd quarter general meeting of The Glade Community History Society will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 23, on site at the Glade Post Office/Store, 20659 Slate Gap Rd., Garfield (Glade). In addition to the regular meeting agenda, engaging storyteller and blacksmith Jody Roller will bring history alive with a blacksmithing demonstration. There will also be an opportunity to see the progress to date on the Glade Post Office/Store restoration project.
