Spook-tacular photograph time

Happy Halloween ya'll! Don't miss the opportunity to bring your trick-or-treaters to the Library on Monday for pictures and delicious warm beverages. From 10 a.m. to noon and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. there will be a photographer here set up with a SPOOK-tacular backdrop! Following shortly after will be a special spooky story time and craft that will start at 10:30 a.m. We ask all to please come support The Friends of the Pea Ridge Community Library!

Speaking of our Friends, I would like to sincerely thank Police Chief Ryan Walker for recently joining The Friends of the Library as our newest board member. He, as well as his officers, have been very supportive of the activities the library has been hosting for the community, especially for our local youth.

Don't miss out on our regularly scheduled story time and craft at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Seeing those faces always brightens up our Wednesday mornings!

Also, join us at 2 p.m. every Tuesday for "A World of Color," our adult coloring class held in our spacious multipurpose room. Relax yourself with soothing music, great company, and some coffee or tea.

This past Saturday we had a free Hunter's Education course taught by Lonnie Robinson in the library's multipurpose room from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. I can't express how filled my heart became seeing all the cars parked in the lot every time I drove by. Friday, when Mr. Robison came to set up, he showed me some of the things he likes to do to make the long class just that much more interesting. It was exciting to see how how the course filled up, so watch for another one to be scheduled in mid-November.

The Library has some very mind blowing news coming soon that will have a positive impact on every one of our patrons! Stay tuned for more details to come!

Thank you Alex Wright for editing and adding flair to the library article!
