Amish Unbelievable Lasagna

4-5 c. spaghetti sauce

8 oz. lasagna noodles

1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese

1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 lb. cottage cheese

1 lb. hamburger

Brown and drain hamburger; add to spaghetti sauce. Spread 1 cup sauce in a 9- by 13-inch baking dish. Arrange uncooked lasagna noodles on top. Top with 1 cup sauce, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese and 1 cup sauce.

Repeat layer, gently pressing noodles into cheese mixture. End with final layer of sauce. Make sure all noodles are covered with sauce. Lasagna will expand to the end of the pan. Let set for at least two (2) hours before baking.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Allow to stand 15 minutes after heat is turned off. Cut into squares and serve.
