Broccoli Salad

2 heads broccoli, cut up

1 small purple onion

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. sugar

3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

2/3 c. mayonnaise

8 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 c. cashews

Mix broccoli, onion and raisins in bowl. Mix sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise together. Stir into broccoli mixture. Sprinkle bacon and cashews on top. Refrigerate.
