Monday, Feb. 29

8 a.m. Police took a report of a private property accident that happened on the parking lot in front of the high school involving a vehicle owned by Jonathan Schwyhart, 18, Rogers. He told police his 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck was struck while parked in the school parking lot. A witness reported seeing a white Ford pickup truck hit the other truck and leave the scene. Police identified a suspect who was driving a vehicle with damage that corresponded with the damage to the parked vehicle, but the suspect and his mother refused to make a statement.

Tuesday, March 1

3:52 p.m. A resident of Green Street reported his son had been "beat up" on his way home from school. Police investigated the incident, interviewed all parties. No charges were filed.

Wednesday, March 2

9:31 a.m. Police took a report of a private property accident involving two vehicles driven by a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old male.

Thursday, March 3

2 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Chad A. Robinson, 35, Garfield, for a warrant for Benton County and Cecil J. Dutton, 29, Seligman, Mo., for a warrant from Bella Vista. Dutton was transported to Bella Vista Police and Robinson was taken to the Benton County Jail.

6:06 p.m. A resident of Chapman Lane reported a table and two chairs were stolen from her front porch.

9:40 p.m. Police were notified of a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood of Harvey Wakefield Drive. As a result of a traffic stop on the vehicle, which displayed a broken tail light, police arrested passenger Angela Skaggs, 32, Springdale, for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Items confiscated included three clear baggies with what appeared to be crystal like substances that tested positive for methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe.

Friday, March 4

2:20 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jason P. Malonson, 30, Bentonville, for possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday, March 5

12:45 p.m. A resident of Hymphrey Street reported her dog -- a King Charles cavalier spaniel-poodle -- missing from her residence.

Sunday, March 6

1:25 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Bryant Lane Delossantos, 18, Garfield, on a failure to appear warrant from Rogers ; a 17-year-old female was cited for speeding and no proof of insurance; and Jessica Diane Neill, 40, Garfield, was taken to meet Bentonville police for a warrant for contempt of court. A small plastic baggy with a "strong smelling leafy green substance inside" was placed into evidence.

4:05 p.m. Police took a private property accident report involving vehicles driven by Kathy Rice, 31, Pea Ridge, and Kenneth C. Williams, 60, Rogers. The incident occurred at EZ Mart.

4:10 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Cardin Road, police arrested Francisco Isaac Dominguez, 22, Rogers, for warrants from Bentonville for contempt of court, theft of motor fuel, six counts of failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia; warrants from Centerton for contempt of court, no drivers license, failure to pay and two counts of failure to appear. He was cited for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

8:22 p.m. A resident of Bentonville reported damage to a camping trailer that was parked off a lane off Bloxham Road.
