The Pea Ridge Blackhawks baseball team beat Green Forest Monday 16-3 and won the Green Forest tournament this past weekend.
"It was a good tournament," assistant coach Matt Easterling said. "Everybody got some quality playing time before heading into the regular season."
Bryce Beckmann was the winning pitcher Monday night. Other statistics from Monday's game include: Eric Hankins: 2 hits/Double, 3 runs, 4 RBI; Cole Wright: 2 hits, 2 runs, RBI; Zaine Holley: 2 hits/Double, 2 RBI; Jakota Sainsbury: 3 hits, 2 runs, 2 RBI; and Garrett King: 4 hits, 2 runs.
