• 2/24 Lacey Joann Frazier, 29, Pineville, Mo., failure to appear & contempt

• 2/26 Chesni Laine Watson, 31, Pea Ridge, failure to appear

Monday, Feb. 22

5 p.m. A resident on Linder Street reported finding a dog on her front porch. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. It was later claimed by its owner, Barbara Greene, 66, Pea Ridge, who was cited for dog at large.

5:29 p.m. A business owner on Slack Street reported finding a dog on her front porch. It was taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic and was later picked up by its owner, Krisit Thornton, 33, Pea Ridge, who was cited for dog at large.

Thursday, Feb. 25

8:56 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Dodge Street for a suspicious circumstance; the incident is under investigation.

6:37 p.m. A resident of Pea Ridge reported unauthorized use of a vehicle involving a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck reportedly taken by a resident of Hoffman Street who was supposed to be working on it. The vehicle was entered into ACIC/NCIC for unauthorized use.

5:55 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on John Montgomery Circle for a verbal disturbance in progress. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Edmond Nicoma Trobaugh, 36, and Kimlea R. Trobaugh, 41, both of Pea Ridge, on warrants for theft of services.

8:49 p.m. A manager of Walmart reported theft of items.

Saturday, Feb. 27

3 p.m. As the result of an investigation, police arrested Johnny Wayne Talburt, 54, Pea Ridge, for three felonies: possession of Sch. VI with purpose to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5:17 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Humphrey Street for a suicidal subject. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Christopher Wayne Guerber, 33, Pea Ridge, for public intoxication.

Sunday, Feb. 28

5:41 a.m. Police took a report of a private property accident involving a vehicle driven by Samantha Batterton, 50, Rogers, who told police she was eastbound on Pickens Road when her dog jumped into her lap causing her to loose visibility and hit a vehicle parked on the side of the road. The parked vehicle was owned by Christopher Speakman, 55, Pea Ridge. Batterton was cited for careless and prohibited driving.

5:13 p.m. A resident of Gen. Franz Sigel Drive reported his 4-year-old daughter was bitten by a dog and the dog was "throwing her around" and he shot it with a pellet gun because he was scared for his family's safety. The dog's owner, Shea Messick, 21, Pea Ridge, was notified about the dog and was cited for dog at large and no city tags.
