Cabbage Salad

1 head cabbage, shredded

1 bag fresh spinach

2 apples, sliced and covered with juice of 2 lemons

2 stalks celery, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

1 1/2 c. pecans or unsalted cashews

Dressing:

1 1/2 c. sugar

2 tsp. dry mustard

2 tsp. salt

2/3 c. vinegar

2 c. salad oil (NOT olive oil)

3 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Make a salad of cabbage, spinach, apples, celery, onions and pecans. Combine dressing ingredients and mix with salad.
