Information is from state Health Department records. Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

The Turn at Big Sugar

Critical violations: Bare hand contact was made with lettuce to go on a sandwich. Raw fish is stored above ready-to-eat; cooked meat is stored directly on top of raw meat. Cooked burgers are not held at 135 degrees or above or 41 degrees or below; burgers were at 120 degrees. No date-marking on temperature control for safety food such as deli meats, macaroni and cheese and cooked meats. Equipment for cooling and heating food and holding cold and hot food shall be sufficient in capacity to provide food temperature in accordance with rules and regulations; condiments, dressings, pickles are being held in an ice chest and not in refrigerator. Container in ice chest has no label, all food must be labeled; no label on deli meats or cooked meats.

Noncritical violations: No test strips for sanitizer.

Victoria Mexican Restaurant

155 Lee Town Road, Pea Ridge

Critical violations: Bare hand contact with quesadilla on plate, cooked meat for quesadilla that is partially cooked on hold on stove, cheese on top of taco salad.

Noncritical violations: Ice buildup in freezer, food debris in ice at bottom of freezer.
