Jesse Odis Morse, 20, was arrested for three counts of felony breaking or entering and three counts of felony theft by receiving. Kristopher Miller, 43, was arrested April 20 for theft.

According to the May 19 probable cause affidavit, Benton County Sheriff's deputies were notified of the theft of two amplifiers and a speaker from two boats docked at the Prairie Creek Marina.

Two suspects were seen on video and one was identified as Morse.

Morse, according to the BCSO report, went to the Sheriff's Office April 20 to report his vehicle being stolen, but later admitted it wasn't stolen and he had broken into a car wash multiple times.

Morse admitted to taking a boat battery, mirror, two speakers and two amplifiers from the boat at the docks.

As a result of the investigation, other items reported stolen were recovered including a "sawzall" reported stolen previously by Steven Latham, a nail gun, a metal detector, an air pistol, leaf blower, weed eater, chain saw, drills, scope, winch, drug paraphernalia, air compressor, generators and multiple tools.
