Monday, July 11

7:55 p.m. A resident of Harrison Street reported a stray dog following her on Lee Town Road; the dog was picked up and placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

11:52 p.m. While investigating a burglary, police questioned Ty Clifton Murray, 21, Pea Ridge. Murray was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, July 12

12:35 a.m. While investigating another incident, police questioned Jericho Lambert, 21, Pea Ridge. Lambert was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and on an outstanding warrant for theft of property from Siloam Springs.

9:59 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Van Dorn Street for a burglary that was no longer in progress. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Benjamin Adam Williams, 39, Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and Melody A. George, 23, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:08 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Jones Lane for a burglary no longer in progress. Police found broken windows and collected evidence. At 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, police were dispatched to the same residence for a burglary report. There was unlawful entry made into a pickup truck and items stolen from the truck. As a result of the investigation, police questioned Michelle Kelly Reif, 25, Pea Ridge, who said she took the items to a self-storage just outside the city limits. On July 14, police searched the storage unit, did not find the items. The items were later found and returned. (Reif had been arrested by Rogers Police for failure to appear.)

Wednesday, July 13

10:25 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Street for an attempted suicide. A 50-year-old male was transported to Northwest Medical Center.

2:20 p.m. Police responded to a burglary not in progress at a residence on Jones Lane.

Thursday, July 14

9:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to the corner of Sheppard Street and Grace Court for a light pole laying on the ground. According to the report, it appeared the pole had been knocked over intentionally and there was no evidence it had been hit by a vehicle.

Friday, July 15

3:30 p.m. While on patrol, police observed a man drinking from a beer can. Police cited Hurley Carr Stainker, 30, Pea Ridge, for drinking in public.

Sunday, July 17

12:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to a commercial parking lot on Slack Street for a private property accident involving vehicles driven by Billy Clark, 54, Pea Ridge, and Nicholas A. Deckard, 21, Garfield.
