Sunday, Jan. 3

3:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to Givens subdivision for an animal at large and found two boxers running on South Harvey Wakefield, put the dogs back in a yard on Mary Phelps Drive, patched a hole in the fence, then found the owner, Justin Young, 31, Pea Ridge, and cited him for two counts of dog at large.

Monday, Jan. 4

10:56 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Chesni Laine Watson, 31, Pea Ridge, for criminal impersonation and arrested her on a warrant from Bentonville, and cited Joshua David Jones, 29, Pea Ridge, for violation of an order of protection.

7:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McNair Place for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police issued a written trespass warning to Bobby Ray Scott, 37, Cassville, Mo.

8:57 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McNair Place for a physical disturbance between a mother and daughter. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Megan Ryan Milan, 24, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battery.

Tuesday, Jan. 5

10:55 a.m. Police were dispatched to an area behind a residence on John W. Montgomery Circle for a dog which was tied up with no food, water or shelter. Residents of the adjacent properties said they did not own the dog. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. Upon investigation, it was discovered the dog had apparently been connected to a "tie out stake" which had been pulled from the ground and was later tangled in a tree. The owner was located, told about her dog and not charged. She paid all fees incurred at the clinic.

12:53 p.m. Police were dispatched to a disturbance involving a male reportedly holding a female and a 3-year-old child at gunpoint. The suspect had reportedly left the area in a vehicle with the woman and child. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Bobby Ray Scott, 37, Cassville, Mo., for failure to register with reporting requirements for sex offender, possession of sch. I or II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass. He was booked into the Benton County Jail.

5:14 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on Van Dorn Street, police arrested Melody A. George, 23, Rogers, for obstruction of governmental operation and possession of a controlled substance, and Heather Hall, 28, Rogers, for driving on a suspended driver's license.

Wednesday, Jan. 6

12:21 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Mark A. Mick, 57, Pineville, Mo., for driving on a suspended and on a Rogers warrant; he was transported to Rogers and turned over to Rogers Police.

10:30 a.m. A resident of Easterling Road reported consumer fraud involving him selling an item over Craigslist, receiving a check for more than the selling amount, cashing it and sending back a portion of the money via wire. The initial check was not good and he lost nearly $2,000 on the scam.

11 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Brandon Eugene Force, 35, Pea Ridge, on a warrant for third-degree battery from Washington County.

2:45 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Dayton Lee Winn, 20, Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance Sch. III, speeding in a school zone and no proof of insurance.

9:45 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Anthony Curtis Wayne Fine, 23, Pea Ridge, on a Bentonville warrant.

Friday, Jan. 8

11:45 a.m. Police took a report of a threat issued by a 16-year-old male student toward a school official. The information was given to the student's probation officer and sent to the Benton County Juvenile Probation office.

2:59 p.m. Police received information about drugs being dealt at a residence on Hallack Lane. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Kyle Scott Mitchell, 21, Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police seized $1,460 in cash, marijuana, weighing scales, rolling papers, six Ziploc bags, marijuana leaf and an iPhone 6 in case. Mitchell was issued a trespass warning for the property.

5:15 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Henry Little Circle for a criminal mischief. The property owner reported the tenants who had rented for the past four years had moved out without notice and "trashed" the house including painting obscenities on the walls, torn and stained carpet, trash left behind and taken the original washer and dryer.

10:40 p.m. Police took a report of a theft from a resident of Greene Street involving a Reese trailer hitch taken from his vehicle. A neighborhood child witnessed the incident.

Saturday, Jan. 9

1:50 a.m. Police were dispatched to Walmart Neighborhood Market where an employee caught a woman stealing items from the store. Upon being confronted, she begged the employee not to report her. He reported she ran to a vehicle, the occupants of which would not let her in so she ran across the street and down Ryan Road. Police took a report of the suspect, whose identity matched a suspect from a previous theft the store official did not report.

9:38 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Clark Street for a disturbance in progress involving a women reportedly pouring gasoline on a house. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Tina C. Fletcher, 40, Pea Ridge, for first-degree domestic assault.

Sunday, Jan. 10

5:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Weston Street for a theft. The resident reported she paid cash to her stepfather to pay the gas and water bill, which are in his name. She said he paid the water bill but not the gas bill.
