Planners to meet

The Pea Ridge Planning Commission will begin with a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in City Hall. Items on the agenda include:

• Rezone 2.6 acres, 744 E. Pickens (Paul Simpkins) from A-1 to R-1

• Conditional use permit, 155 Lee Town Road, beer and wine permit (Antonia Perea Alberto)

• Home occupation request, 2040 Park Circle (Lee and Chasity Hiett)

• Home occupation request, 951 Bowen St. (Randy Hanson)

• Variance request, Lots 15, 16, 29, 30, 35, Creekside Estates (Rick Neal)
