Granny's Quilts of Love
Granny's Quilts of Love met at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 19, in Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church in Pea Ridge.
There were 23 members in attendance; members cut 240 quilt kits.
The total number of quilts made and donated to the Arkansas Children's Hospital is 21,265 along with 5,604 pillows and 5,197 caps.
The club members are recruiting women to come and join them to sew quilts for the critically ill children at ACH. The Granny's furnish all the materials to make the quilts. They meet at 9:30 a.m on the third Tuesday of every month at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church, 1300 N. Davis St., Pea Ridge.
The next meeting will be at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 16.
