Friday, Dec. 9

2:00 p.m. Warrant arrest for William Junior, 43, Rogers, for failure to pay fines and costs.

4:10 p.m. Warrant arrest for Alicia R. McFadden, 26, Rogers, for failure to pay fines and costs on no proof of insurance.

Saturday, Dec. 10

1:14 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Conrad Street in reference to a runaway report for a male, 16. Upon investigating, police were able to determine that the male was at a house on Ellis Lane with a peer. When police arrived, they learned that the youths had been smoking marijuana. The male was transported back to his residence and reunited with his parents. The Juvenile Detention Center was contacted about the report due to the male's previous activity involving narcotics.

2:16 a.m. Male, 16 was criminally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police investigated a missing persons report.

11:30 a.m. Warrant arrest for Emily P. Freeman, 20, Garfield, for failure to appear on original charges of: no or expired vehicle license, improper display of license plate, failure to appear and drive on suspended or revoked driver's license.

Sunday, Dec. 11

8:20 a.m. Police were dispatched to Sugar Creek Golf Course for the report of a theft, breaking and entering. The co-owner's golf bag and clubs were taken from his golf cart that was put in the cart barn the night prior.

3:26 p.m. Lois K. Young, 35, Pea Ridge was issued citations on Dec. 12, for animal at large and no city tags.

10:43 p.m. Police responded to a call at McDonald's on Curtis Avenue where two people were trying to sell drugs to the employees. Christopher C. Bently, 36, Decatur, Ark., was arrested for battery second degree, escape third degree, possession of a controlled substance (schedule IV) with the purpose to deliver, resisting arrest and terroristic threatening.

Monday, Dec. 12

3:20 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop, Robert A. Stewart, 34, Pea Ridge, was issued citations for speeding in a school zone, no proof of insurance and no driver's license.

9:36 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop, male, 15, was issued a citation for no driver's license, no proof of insurance, no registration and speeding. The passenger, male, 16, was placed into custody for an active warrant for failure to appear out of Benton County.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

10:40 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, Fred N. Veloz, 58, Bentonville, was issued a citation for equipment violation and driving on a suspended license.

2:00 p.m. Warrant arrest for Bradley E. Faught, 35, Pea Ridge, from Rogers.

2:00 p.m. Warrant arrest for David P. Chasten, 25, Rogers, from Rogers.

3:10 p.m. Warrant arrest for Jessica N. Fucci-Wilson, 18, Pea Ridge, for failure to pay fines and costs, no insurance proof present and failure to appear.

Wednesday, Dec. 14

3:15 p.m. There was a theft reported from First Assembly of God, Weston Street. Baby Jesus is reported missing from the nativity scene in front of the property.

Thursday, Dec. 15

12:22 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, Chandra D. Hackler, 25, Rogers, was arrested for a suspended driver's license for a warrant for failure to pay fines and costs out of Rogers.

11 a.m. Warrant arrest for John L. Anderson, 36, Pineville, Mo., for failure to pay time pay.

11:40 a.m. Andrea J. Schitzer, 38, Pea Ridge was issued a citation on Dec. 16, for her dog being at large.

2:00 p.m. Warrant arrest for Thomas C. Williams, 51, Bella Vista, for failure to appear on original charges of: failure to appear, no proof liability insurance - local.

2:55 p.m. Warrant arrest for Erik S. Canada, 27, Rogers, for failure to appear contempt failure to pay fines and costs on original charges of driving on suspended or revoked driver's license, failure to stop and driving on suspended or revoked driver's license.

8:14 p.m. Warrant arrest for Aaron R. Kling, 32, Rogers.

Friday, Dec. 16

1:36 a.m. After a routine traffic stop, Michael F. Hill, 45, Pea Ridge, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, drove left of center lane and no proof of insurance.

1:15 p.m. Warrant arrest for Mark C. Rhame, 20, Garfield for failure to appear for speeding.
