Thursday, Dec. 1

5:12 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Moni Raiff, 51, Anderson, Mo., on a warrant out of Bella Vista for failure to appear on a traffic offense and a warrant out of Bentonville for failure to appear on public intoxication.

Sunday, Dec. 4

5:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to a house on Charles Street for criminal mischief involving a string of Christmas lights cut in two places by a sharp tool or wire cutters.

Monday, Dec. 5

1 p.m. Two citations for Dog at Large were issued to Teveynn Bergeron, 19, Pea Ridge. Police received complaints of Bergeron's dogs chasing and biting at cows in a field behind his residence.

11:30 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Colby A. Ammons, 22, Fayetteville, on a warrant for failure to appear for driving on suspended or revoked drivers license, possible controlled substance, no proof liability insurance-local, fictitious vehicle license and failure to appear.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

5:01 p.m. Police were called to a residence on Klauss Lane for a violation of order of protection out of Barry County, Mo. Police confirmed the order of protection against Tyler S. Paul, 26, Washburn, Mo.

8:07 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop and the ensuing investigation, Joseph Todd, 62, Pea Ridge, Tiffany McAbee, 25, Rogers, Joshua Clinton, 40, Pea Ridge, and Carl W. Gilbert, 60, Pea Ridge. Items found and seized included marijuana, amphetamines, hydrocodone, diazepam and drug paraphernalia. Todd was issued an arrest citation for possession of a controlled substance (Schedule VI). Gilbert was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Clinton and McAbee were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II), possession of a controlled substance (Schedule VI) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Clinton also had a parole violation hold placed on him.

Wednesday, Dec. 7

3:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Greene Street and, as a result of an investigation, arrested Callie Mann, 38, Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II), possession of a controlled substance (Schedule VI), possession of a controlled substance (Schedule IV) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thursday, Dec. 8

7:35 a.m. A complaint was filed in regards to an attempted breaking or entering at Big Sugar Golf Club. The door knob had been broken off from a maintenance barn. Nothing was taken and nothing else was damaged.

10:35 a.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested Roy Corshia, 35, Pea Ridge, for outstanding warrants. He was also issued citations for failure to stop, no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended license. His warrant out of Pea Ridge was for failure to pay fines and costs and violation of protection order. The passenger, Dena M. Cash, 42, Little Rock, was issued a citation for allowing unauthorized driver to drive.

11:21 a.m. Officers were called to Pea Ridge Middle School where a male, 14, was sent to the office after becoming belligerent about completing school work. The student became physically aggressive to the point where he had to be restrained for his safety as well as the safety of people around him. The student was eventually transported to NorthWest Medical Emergency Room in Bentonville for evaluation.
