Monday, Aug. 15
7:10 p.m. Police took a report of a private property accident that occurred in the Walmart parking lot involving vehicles owned by Ginny Fruik, 27, Pea Ridge, and Carolyn Reeves, 21, Pea Ridge.
Friday, Aug. 19
4:41 p.m. Police were notified of two small children unattended in a locked vehicle. As a result of the investigation, police cited Sara Mae Ash, 29, Pea Ridge, for two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. The incident was reported to the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline.
Monday, Aug. 22
8:15 a.m. Police took a report of an accident in the school parking lot involving a 15-year-old female driver who struck a parked car while parking.
12:40 p.m. Police were notified of a criminal mischief report involving someone puncturing two tires on a vehicle parked at the high school and leaving a threatening note. The incident is under investigation.
8:10 p.m. Police received a report of someone breaking into a vehicle parked in front of the high school. The windows were down and a pack of cigarettes were missing. As a result of the investigation, police questioned a 16-year-old male who was charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
Tuesday, Aug. 23
9:20 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Macey R. Ross, 22, Rogers, and transferred her to her probation officer; she was cited for fictitious tags and no proof of insurance.
10:45 a.m. A resident turned int a stray dog found on Park Circle. the tan, male terrier mix was placed into the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.
4:30 p.m. A resident of West Pike Street reported items stolen from his residence. There was no forced entry. A camera and two computers were missing.
Wednesday, Aug. 24
9:45 a.m. A stray dog was picked up at the high school. The dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
1:04 p.m. Police received a report of a "potential fight" between two students at the high school. There were no criminal charges filed; there was school discipline administered.
Thursday, Aug. 25
12 p.m. A 14-year-old male reported he is being harassed and threatened and is concerned for his safety.
Friday, Aug. 26
10:10 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on D.J. Duvall in reference to violation of an order of protection. There was no one at the house; the caller reported she had received texts and Facebook messages from her soon to be ex-husband.
2:15 p.m. Police picked up a stray dog on Greer Street. The dog's owner, Tyler Wilkerson, 26, Pea Ridge, picked up the dog later that afternoon. He was cited for dog at large.
Saturday, Aug. 27
8 a.m. Police were dispatched to West Harris Street in reference to a dog chasing a woman. As a result of the investigation, police cited Chassteen Long, 41, Pea Ridge, for dog at large.
9:02 p.m. Police were dispatched to a possible structure fire on North Davis Street. As a result of the investigation, police found an illegal trash burn at a residence on Woods Street. The owner, Eric Pike, 45, Pea Ridge, was cited for illegal burning.
Sunday, Aug. 28
9 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Benton Drive for a theft from a vehicle. The caller said a credit card, a gift card, cash and a Sam's Club card were stolen from their vehicle.
3:43 p.m. Police were dispatched to the area of Weston Street for a possible DWI driver. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Jose Vargas, 30, Rogers, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
