Sr. Blackhawk Cheer
Coach: Noelle Littrell-Webb
Noelle Webb is the varsity cheer coach. A graduate of Pea Ridge High School, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and her graduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas, Conway. She is beginning her third year at Pea Ridge as a staff member and her second year of coaching. She teaches sixth- and seventh-grade visual arts.
When in school, Webb was a cheerleader.
She coaches because she wants to "aid athletes in the discovery of the tools to not only succeed athletically, but to succeed in their futures."
The best advice she ever received as an athlete? "Do whatever you do, do it with passion, or don't do it at all."
The advice she would give to student athletes? "Practice like you've never won, and perform like you've never lost."
She and her husband Randon Webb have two Boxer dogs named Porter and Bentley.
She said she loves interior design and took a few classes in colelge and has "loved it ever since."

Jr. Blackhawk cheerleading
Carolyn Starnes, head coach of Jr. high cheer, is starting her first year as a coach and her second year at pea Ridge. She is a graduate of Belton High School, Belton, Mo., earned her bachelor's degree from Missouri State Universty and her master's from the University of Arkansas. She is the counselor for seventh and eighth grade students at the Middle School.
She was on a dance team in high school and college.
Starnes said: "I'm a coach because I love helping my cheerleaders grow as individuals and as a team. I believe participating in sports builds confidence, discipline, and trust in others; it's a joy to be able to promote those attributes to my team."
The best advice she ever received as an athlete? "Never forget your techniques and basic skills foundation. When everything seems to be working against you and you can't seem to 'get in the zone,' go back to the basics."
The advice she would give to student athletes? "Trust and believe in your team. My team's moto is 'Together we're better!'"
Her husband is Ian Starnes. She enjoys cooking, reading and cycling.
