Saturday, Aug. 13

9:53 p.m. Police were dispatched to Hayden Road at McNair Street for a single-vehicle accident involving a green Mustang that crashed into a wooden fence and left the scene of the accident. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Tyler Scott, 23, Pea Ridge, for DWI and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

6:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to the intersetion of Pickens and Hayden roads for a traffic accident involving vehicles driven by Robert Damon Anderson, 43, Pea Ridge, and Christine Meister, 30, Heber Springs. Meister was cited for following too closely and no proof of insurance.

8:10 a.m. A resident of Buck Drive reported theft of eight round pen panels valued at between $1,000 to $1,500.

1:40 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Manuel Valles, 39, Rogers, for fleeing in a vehicle, driving on a suspended license, failure to register his vehicle over 30 days, and on a warrant from Benton County

10 p.m. A resident of South Curtis Avenue reported receiving harassing communications.

Thursday, Aug. 18

9:45 a.m. The school resource officer investigated a report of a disturbance between two groups of students at the high school. School officials also investigated the incident.

1:25 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Wayne A. Crouch, 35, Rogers, for driving on a suspended license and a warrant for failure to appear on driving on a suspended license.

Friday, Aug. 19

11:11 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jesse Howard, 23, Pea Ridge, for DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia and Jacob McClellan, 21, Pea Ridge, on a Bentonville warrant.

Saturday, Aug. 20

10 a.m. An employee at Dollar General reported shoplifting. The incident is under investigation.

12:23 p.m. A wallet was left at the police station; the owner was contacted, retrieved the wallet and said nothing appeared to be missing.

11:53 p.m. While on patrol, police observed an unoccupied veicle on Ryan Road off Sugar Creek. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Rogers. Rogers Police retrieved the vehicle. No suspect was located.

Sunday, Aug. 21

2:28 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited a 15-year-old female passenger for possession of Sch. VI, possession of Sch. I or II, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The information was forwarded to the Child Abuse Hotline.
