Both the boys and girls junior track teams won first place in the conference track meet Thursday, April 21, in Gravette.
"Boys and girls win first. It was a great season and the kids put in a lot of hard work through out the year," coach Cody Alexander said. "The junior boys finish with conference championships in cross country, football, basketball and track!"
Alexander said, "Many Junior High runners will move up and run at the high school district meet on Tuesday!"
"The girls finished first with a total of 167.50 points with Gravette coming in second with 110 points," coach Melissa Meyers said. "Seventh-grader, Blakelee Winn, was the high point winner. The girls were determined to run their best times at this meet, and they did."
