New Meadowbrook Home Ext. Club
Members of the New Meadowbrook Home Extension Club met on Wednesday, April 13, at the home of Roxie Geddie for their regular monthly meeting. Karen Launderville, president, presided over the meeting. There were eight members present, a visitor, Nancy Bray, and another guest who has joined the club, Eva Jean Beck. Devotions were given by Rheta Van Doren.
Members discussed the upcoming event of the Spring Council on April 15, and also plans for the County Fair in August. The next month's meeting will be held at the home of Elaine Launderville.
Beta Alpha
Beta Alpha Chapter 3293 of Pea Ridge, Epsilon Sigma Alpha International, holds a wide array of activities for the community each year. Some of them include the Easter Egg Hunt, Miss Pea Ridge pageants, Summer and Christmas parades, Community Thanksgiving dinner, Hope for Heroes projects, raising money for St. Jude and Easter Seals, Seligman Spook Trail.
The club meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at Messiah Lutheran church.

Woodcarvers to meet
Bella Vista -- The Bella Vista Woodcarvers meet Thursdays at Riordan Hall in Bella Vista from 1 to 3 p.m. All are welcome.
