We are recruiting women to come join us to sew quilts for the critically ill children at ACH. The club furnishes all the materials. The quilts are one piece material with a cartoon or Disney print. We meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. in Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church located at 1300 N. Davis St. in Pea Ridge. The quilts give a critically ill child a little joy and comfort in a crucial time of their life.

Discussion was held regarding the menu and auction items for our annual dinner and auction to be held Aug. 27 in the high school cafeteria.

Diane McCoy read a post on facebook from a family in Wooster, Ark., thanking the Grannys for one of the quilts they received.
